hallo.

Entshuldigung aber sofort wird das text im english geschreibt. Meiner deutch ist nicht so gut wie viel jahre zuruck.

I have a 2014 GT220 Grandtour.

And now I have found a set of nice TSW Nurburgring that have the setup written in the headline (18x9” - ET40 and 35)
There are 255/35 Toyo Prozes T1 mounted on them.

Will they fit the car without rubbing?
I would like to avoid rolling the fenders or cutting the inner screen...

Really thankful for a quick reply from a helpful fellow Megane owner.

This could be really close... If u haven't lowered the car, the Et40 rim will fit on the outside. On the inside, it's possible that the rim will have contact with some car parts, cause of the huge width of 9"
If ur driving in DE I'm not sure if the Tüv will be okey with that..

You are not blind. There is no answer to your question inside.
Tyres are quite fat...at front the Fenders are not that big problem, as they are made of plastics.
Rubbing depends also if your car is lowered or not.
Tyre size is already fixed? 235/40 might be an alternative...

I found only one wheel with an application report where 255/35R18 ist listed for the megane, but the wheel is only 18x8.5 and offset 45.

@Oliver: actually the fenders at the front are made from metal, only the front bumper is made out of plastic. And there is a really sharp edge at the fenders.. Those will have contact with the tire, if the car is too low and if the wheels have too much offset

Oh sorry, I was thinking they kept the plastic ones from the Megane II.....

Hi guys. Thanks heaps for your replies. I have decided to pull it in another direction.
19x8” RPF1s in ET48 with 225/35. Will be fit with 20mm spacers front and back.

Would recommend 18 or 16 spacers on the Front for better fitment, if the car is lowered
