When accellerating it feels like driving on 3 cylinders, the engine stutter, over 3000 RPM all is fine.
Sometimes when coming to a halt, the RPM goes down for a sec. then idles OK.
Sometimes at idle there are some rattling noise.
In neutral at around 2400 RPM there is a light vibration.

I suspect it to be the DMF with a broken spring (Zweimassenschwungrad (ZMS),
can anyone confirm that?
Engine has run 53K Km.

This is the first time I hear of a DMF failure with the small 1,2 engine.

But your concern describtion is showing the symptoms of a worm out DMF.

While shifting at high revs: Do you hear (maybe even feel) a 'klong' noise (root cause is the mass1 of the DMF is hammering against mass2) when changing load on the clutch/DMF?
Do you hear a 'klong# noise when stopping the engine?

I personally have swapped from a DMF to a SMF on my former RS 250 and only can recommend this transition as it is a great improvement.
When you swap from DMF to SMF please consider a transmission oil change with thicker viscosity (75W140) as this helps to reduce the gearbox rattling noises that occur when using a SMF.

Someone has to be the first...

I have no klong sound at high revs. or at stop.
I had two persons test the car, and both said the symptoms are the same as om many VW's.

Could you identify a supplier for a SMF for the 1,2 TCe powertrain?

Maybe this will become a challenging task...
